Role Purpose

We are looking to recruit another Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of company & commercial matters including both individual and corporate clients on asset acquisition / sale, share acquisition / sale, shareholder agreements, company formations, etc. This is a unique career development opportunity, with a truly supportive environment.

Duties

The candidate will have an interest in acting for both individuals and businesses with a desire to develop their knowledge and skills with an interesting and varied workload. The candidate will need to be keen to work as a key member of our team.

Criteria

Own transport is essential and a UK driver’s license. IT skills are essential. The candidate will either be a qualified solicitor or working towards qualification.

Hours of Work

Full-time Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:30pm, Friday 9am – 5 pm. Office & remote working options are available. Flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Salary Range

Dependent on experience e.g. New Qualified Solicitor with some experience £40,000 pa.
